I don't think he's close to peaking. He'll do much better on defense this year and will learn to avoid fouls FAR better than last season. That will help with his shot blocking and rebounding, and his offensive game will be far better as well. Biggest improvement for most players comes between freshman/sophomore seasons, and I think with Tilmon thet will very much hold true.
