From what I understand that was likely part of it. But agree, still bizarre. Can't imagine pitching at a DII school in North Carolina is going to help his draft status a ton (although his new team did make the 56 team NCAA D2 tournament, albeit a 5 seed in their seven team regional).

Please explain why this message is being reported.
