Turns out it the fault of careless polluters.
Wonder why everyone in a polluted area is not violent, criminal or deviant.
Wonder why china doesn't have rampant crime and deviant behavior.
Wonder why in the areas of africa and south america where the air is pristine, they still have aberrant behavior.
Maybe some of the like minded sophist pseudo scientists can answer those questions. I assume they peer reviewed this tripe.
The important thing is that we don't blame the criminals.
