Having a child with Autism can be a true challenge, and there is no real playbook.
It is officially called ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) because the range of abilities and challenges can be wildly varying.
My son was diagnosed at age 3, giving us a leg up on his needs and our expectations moving forward.
