he inherited an amazing situation. Best I have ever seen. Mark Jackson won a bunch of games the year before with that team minus KD. can't imagine if Carlisle had that team to work with. Also would be interesting to see how Spoelstra continues to do without a super team. So far nothing. Snyder does not Carlisles resume yet but he could get there if they start going further in the playoffs. I really think Carlisle is IB to the IA coaches (Pop, Stevens). And the guys you named are 2's.
