then it is a traditional double elimination format with the 8 remaining teams.
South Carolina is in great position for the NCAAs so they probably don't feel obligated to treat this game as do or die.
In most years when Mizzou has been comfortably in the NCAA field, in the Big XII Tournament, Jamieson would almost always rest our #1 starter and use the midweek guy in the first game. Pretty common.
