Sikkema threw 110 pitches Thursday night. He'll be on 4 days rest. Not unreasonable for him to go for a while and give the ball to Toelken but you don't know what you'll get.
MDO presents a similar dilemma. He would have to be on a really short leash. Sharp is an intriguing option too.
