That you don't understand that God does not, has not, nor ever will change is your problem. Notice these New Testament statements.
"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever",
"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning."
"But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him!"
Perhaps you should actually study the whole bible and stop cherry picking the parts you like, and building false doctrine upon it.
