MPJr should only share his full medical records ....

with teams for whom he wants to play. If there's a franchise that he wants to avoid for whatever reason - even if one of those teams is in the top 5 - he should simply withhold his medical records. Doesn't mean that will keep a team from drafting him. But he's going to need a franchise with a track record of having patience and a true development approach with young talent. Landing with that franchise, in the long run, is much more valuable to MPJr than even a couple million in rookie salary on the slot scale.
