Kim is a good D1 assistant in a role like Nestor had, where recruiting isn't really a component of the job.
He would never have been a good D1 coach, basically for the reasons he failed when he was given the opportunity. Although I don't think Frank Martin is much of a coach, I do think there is alot of truth in this:
