coaches aren't going to work with him on other aspects of his game? Get a clue. If he can hit outside jumpers, that adds a dimension to his game that makes him (and our team) tougher to guard. Get Tilmon at the top of the key and his man has to come out and guard him...this opens up the lane for cutters, dribble drives, etc.
