Consistent scoring options are definitely limited.
But teams that were 1 seeds in the NCAA tournament had decent scoring options at PG
Villanova had Brunson 19 points and 4.6 assists. Their second primary ball handler was DiVincenzo 13 points and 3.5 assists

Kansas had 17 points and 7 assists

Virginia had Hall and Jerome they averaged 11 and 3 and 10 and 3

Xavier had Goodin who averaged 8.7 points and 5 assists.
