EE had a battle for years with these morons which hurt the program. Sterk put the nail in the coffin as he clearly wants a reset. Fine but in the SEC it will be a 10 year recovery cycle if we get the right coach and don't they their hands behind their back.

More likely is it will take 10 years to be mediocre and another 10 to get near the top and that will take two different great coaches without a bad hire in between.

Softball more than any other sport has long horizons due to recruiting
