at S ... at one point, they had him at CB (two years ago?). They wanted him to bulk up and move to the hybrid LB slot ... as I recall, he was suspsended or at least in the dog house at some point. I thought he could tackle better than some of our other guys ...
At any rate, it seems possible that the coaches just didn't like him becasue he wasn't 'getting with the program' ... that's absolute speculation though ...
Wingo is pretty good and apparently did everything they asked of him but he's a slot guy who got passed by two better slot guys, and we have more like him coming in. Fast, but not as much wiggle as some small, quick guys.
