There is a reason Bama coaches seemed to be ‘plug & play’.....they have great talent. Talent makes coaches look better than they are. Keep recruiting talented players and you will always have bright upcoming coaches wanting to coach here. Sure they may not stay due to promotional opportunities elsewhere, you recruit the next guy or promote the next guy.
