...and it has nothing to do with a couple of their players sitting out (which we'll hear about ad nauseam).
This team has learned some valuable lessons this year about sticking together and loyalty to one another. I know hearing that Walters' promotion to DC and Finley perhaps getting a shot at OC rubs some folks the wrong way, and I get it. But those kinds of internal moves mean the *world* to this group of guys right now. They've seen the departure of trusted coaches, which is common. But one of them apparently went back on his word and dumped the team cold...that hurts.
I mentioned yesterday that Odom will have a group of pis-ed off players ready to go for the bowl game, but I think it's the sense of loyalty and trust in those who want to be Tigers (and who want to *coach* Tigers) that will have them more focused than ever.
Sorry for the morning drama, but I woke up thinking about how much bigger this is culturally, than it is just having some injuries or players sitting out a bowl game. This is where "family" really means something in an emotional season that could have easily been lost.
