My general admission tickets in D got replaced with reserved seats that were the equivalent of sitting in the first row of C. I was so much closer to the action. I suddenly didn't have to show up an hour early to most games.
Then things like lines---I didn't have to wait in a 10 min line to use the rest room. Or 15 min line if I wanted concessions. The scoreboard and ribbon boards meant instant stats. Instead of benches, I had a comfortable seat with a cup holder.
It isn't just the fat cats that are benefiting...few drawbacks at the new place. I will name them...
1) Decibel Meter was gone
2) Some seats have obstructions, because of the partitions being designed poorly.
But overwhelmingly its a huge improvement.
