round & Osweiler in the 2nd. Tried to overpay for Osweiler but found out somebody wanted to overpay him even more. After Osweiler bombed elsewhere, he brings him back. Calling Lock a flier is comical considering his arm talent & release. You think Elway would draft Lynch & Osweiler in the first two rounds & wouldn’t take Lock?
Every team “needs” a can’t miss & Lock is far closer to can’t miss than “flier.” Would he be as good year one than year four? No and neither was Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning or Elway himself.
