Saved a house from burning down tonight

Was drinking on a back deck when I smelled a plastic burning smell. Looked around and saw neighbor's grill completely engulfed and burning his exterior. Hoped off deck and cleared two fences to pull the grill away from his house. Burnt the hell out of his exterior but no full on fire. His wife loves me.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
