I think last year was a difficult year because almost all the staff was new and getting to know each other as well as the recruits. Just as we saw on the field, it takes a staff time to learn and feel comfortable with each other. I think that bleeds over into recruiting as well. I think this staff has a better vision of what BO wants this program to be, which helps them 'sell' on the recruiting trail. Plus, the way they are closing kids now, hopefully moving forward we have several E.G. type players in the mix so if one bails, which always happens, it does not sting as bad.
