I caught part of his ESPN interview yesterday. He wants to eliminate all games against FCS and non-Power 5 teams. Essentially eliminate but a few bowls for Power 5 teams and expand the playoff.

Says the fans would be more interested in all the games and teams would be "going for the playoffs" rather than just trying to get into a bowl game with FCS and Sunbelt victories.
