his attorney yesterday requested it be set for plea hearing today, only to push it to next week. he can't plead to a felony in associate circuit court, which suggests the plea will not include a felony. it seems things are moving in a favorable direction, even if not disposed today.

and it looks as though law enforcement were searching the trunk and the car simultaneously, ie searching the trunk based only on the smell of marijuana.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
