OU hires a 33 year old offensive coordinator as their new head coach and he does not fire 1/2 the coaches on staff; and doesn't immediately change their successful defensive scheme. Ours does; and we get a dysfunctional first year football team that was embarrassing to watch. One of these two young coaches went far out of his way to screw himself and his program.
