Was state-of-the-art when it was built, but isn't really historic in a true sense or ultra-modern now. And it's too big. They built it during the Nolan Richardson heyday, but filling a 19k seat arena with middling teams is tough.

The football stadium, I think, is one of the nicer ones in the SEC in terms of the facility alone. The concourses are plenty big and they haven't tried to cram in too many seats just to jack up the capacity and sell more tickets.

They don't have a tremendously good tailgate and/or parking setup (in my opinion), but a football trip to Fayetteville is always worth it, in my opinion.
