I said it when we left but I only wanted to continue the rivalry if it was continuous just out of historical symmetry. After they refused to play us I have no desire to ever start up the rivalry again.
They are a **** state that produces very few D-1 recruits in a **** conference that no one cares about nationally. They have nothing to offer us and we have everything to offer them. Why give them the golden ticket?
I think if we can maybe hold off for another 10 years or get the rivalry with Illinois or Arkansas going we can either distract the bluehairs or wait them out and not have to deal with this crap anymore.
