that made me laugh a little.
But I will say that speculating about the motives of teenagers, boys and girls, when it comes to recruiting, is the life blood of a sports message board like this. Or at least a major one. Just look at what goes on with the football and basketball boards on that regard. What goes on here is actually very tame in relation to that.
And yes it is a little crazy that grown men (and a few women I guess), spend so much time speculating and discussing the motives of teenagers contemplating coming to Mizzou. But that's just part of the territory on this and all other college sports message boards.
And in this case it may (or may not), be a sign of some negative fallout from the turmoil here, which I know you are very interested in as huge Mizzou softball fan.
Speaking of which, what have you heard about a third new pitcher here? There was a reference to a JUCO transfer from Cali to join Rice and Daniel. You heard anything?
