Kim became our coach. Sometime in the mid to late 90's if I recall correctly.

He just really hated Haith, and has a tendency to double down on stupid positions rather than admit he was wrong. So he saw Kim not being Haith as a good thing initially and was never capable of backing off that silly position so he went completely overboard the other direction.
