Barry and staff continuity

Mizzou under Pinkle enjoyed staff continuity rarely seen at this level and it works.
Barry pretty much cleaned house and put his stamp on the program.
Barry made great hires but he was snakebit at the D line position. We have had I think four coaches at that position.
IMO as the entire staff matures we will see the same player development we saw under coach P.
To me if we can get significantly improved play on the D line and special teams we will push hard for another Eastern title.
If that can happen I also think we get another uptic in recruiting and pick up five or so of our instate targets.
Ellerbe proved to me that it can happen in one season, so hell yes.
