will take effect after 2018? I can see the republicans pushing most of the stuff off at least a couple of years to minimize political implications in the 2018 election. They know how unpopular what they are doing is. Obamacare had about a 40% approval rating when it passed and we saw the election tide after it passed. Republican's bill is polling about 10% lower than that.
