I believe KA did a great job. We will reap the benefits of his work in the coming two seasons. Barnett, Phillips, Puryear, VanLeer, Nikko and Smith are going to be essential pieces to the legendary Mizzou team that takes the court next season. Probably CJ Roberts as well.

But Sterk scored a huge coup in getting MPJ. CM hasn't really done anything spectacular as a coach, but his past history shows that he's at least competent. Sterk recognized the confluence of several outstanding opportunities for Mizzou basketball and executed his plan. With the exception of Norm, I would have supported the firing of any Mizzou coach given the unique circumstances and opportunities at this time. With KA's upperclassmen, and MPJ, new coach CM has an unprecedented head start at taking Mizzou basketball to new levels.
