At times he appeared like he was the only coach involved with the game. He also was frequently the only one mapping out game plans during time outs.
Don't know anything about him as an individual or his ability.
It is usually better to clean house when a new coach comes aboard. Sends a message to the players that there is a new sheriff in town.
