1 - 2 year player
3 - 4 year players
Now, balancing out positions has to be well thought out, this requires a kid or two to leave from time to time, but might also open the door for a one and done from time to time.
When I say 2-year player I'm talking about a top 20, maybe 30 kid who is just shy of a one and done. A very good player. The four year players can't just be anybody, they need to be top 100 kids. Likely an occasional departure after 3 years.
I want to get great talent, but I don't want to be Kentucky and I don't really want any primadonnas.
While the prospects of landing some of the talent that has been mentioned is exciting. Adding guys like Knox and Young along with MPJ puts us into a bad spot a year from now when all three likely go pro.
