class it is, if they don't fit what you want to do and they're getting suspended all the time and they won't be on the team in 2 years. And coaches do have styles of play or styles of coaching that fit some players better than others. You can be a 5 star player, but if you don't have thick skin you're not going to be good for Frank Martin. If harsh criticism wears you down instead of motivating you, you're not going to get better playing for Frank Martin. Kim was never going to mesh with those guys. So I'd say wasting his time on that first class was the worst thing he ever did, because it set the whole program back an entire year. I'm also not saying that was his only problem or it would have worked out if he did blow up that class, but turning over an entire roster in 2 years and losing an entire recruiting class in 2 years means you're going to suck. You can be the best Xs and Os guy in the country and you're going to suck. If you're going to start all over, do it immediately. Don't wait a year.
