recruiter any coach is. It will be one picture in the film. That one picture may be representative or not. There is no way to tell now. He did a good job taking over the process in late 2015. He could miss out on this recruit and still wind up being a great recruiter over time. He could get this recruit and wind up being a bust over time. Don't oversell this one result as something that tells us anything significant.
