You don't see that at a lot of schools. Further, you don't see it for every player. Only fir top players, and inky some of them.
As an example, we don't seem to have a shot at elite kids unless they're in our backyard, and even then it may not happen. Like Elliott, cough, cough, and his parents, cough, cough. His dad might just as well have said he got a check. It was so obvious from his behavior and his simpering comments about tOSU.
