guys because they won't have much of a shot at the 18' guys. The reason being, every big time program from coast to coast will be targeting the 18' class.
Anyone want some corn fields, or would you rather live in a warm climate near the beach?
At least if they choose Missouri, they would be representing their HOME state. Nebraska is, just Nebraska.
