right now, not potential job openings. If their teams take care of business, the opportunities will be there. You can always let their agents know that you'll be interested in talking to them after the season and I'm sure that's been done.
As you can see from the coach's comment, each of them knows that success can be fleeting. An 18 year old with promise who comes to their campus and does something stupid, or doesn't produce, or loves the new-found social freedom and over-imbibes. Firing someone mid-season is a stain. It's far safer to do it in the back channels and let everyone save face. The only ones frustrated by that approach are knee-jerk fans who feel like they have to have their way right now.
