The NCAA has no authority to act in criminal matters - ScottsdaleTiger MU - 2/3 01:35:09
Which is as it should be. The ncaa is hardly even-handed - GA Tiger MU - 2/3 08:31:09
                    It's the same as Penn State, with school official(s) knowing - JoplinTiger07 MU - 2/2 22:32:09
Again, the NCAA has no authority or jurisdiction - ScottsdaleTiger MU - 2/3 01:38:23
Certainly some similarities but I think NCAA will go easy on - MrTruman2U MU - 2/2 22:38:53

And when did the NCAA become a law enforcement agency? - ScottsdaleTiger MU - 2/3 01:40:45
Comprehension. I never said the NCAA prosecuted crimes - JimD MU - 2/3 10:44:06
Lack of institutional control applies to only NCAA violation - ScottsdaleTiger MU - 2/3 13:40:20
