you are replacing end results with how well a team is coached. I'm simply saying the guy is a good coach and his teams are always well prepared, give great effort, have consistent areas of strengths, and maximize their abilities. His tenure at OU was pretty amazing given the level of talent they had. 8 of the last 9 seasons he was there they finished at least 3rd in conference, and I'm not sure he had an NBA player that whole time.
