With Puryear's big game against Ole Miss (first Tiger to make 11 baskets in a game since Jordan Clarkson) his ppg avg is now up to 11.8. Similarly, his teammate Barnett is avging 11.9 ppg.
No Tiger during the Kim Anderson era has ever avged 12 ppg for an entire season. Something to monitor down the stretch to see if either are able to achieve it.
