The 4 highest seeded teams remaining in each regional bracket host the 3rd and 4th rounds. So if Minnesota had lost to Hawaii last night, we would be traveling to North Carolina this week. If NC had also lost we would be traveling to UCLA.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
