cupboard bare for Onofrio. Not sure what happened back then, although I do know we were at a big disadvantage facility-wise compared to Nebraska, OU and some other schools.

Hopefully, Odom can turn it around as quickly as Onofrio did, going 6-6 in his second season (counting a Fiesta Bowl loss to ASU) after going 1-10 his first year. But the key to that was an infusion of Juco talent at QB, RB and elsewhere.
