their lesson after the Kim Anderson hire and what a catastrophe that's been.
I thought that it would finally put the "We need a True Son" thing to rest... that people would realize you hire the BEST MAN FOR THE JOB, which requires a national search.
But I overestimated these people. They are incapable of learning from their mistakes. We'll keep hiring "True Sons" regardless of how unqualified they are.
