A big problem with Mizzou hoops over the last almost 2 decades is not listening to the basketball people in making hires. Pretty much every hire since Quinn was hired, has involved that process.

Basketball people recommend 1 candidate, a separate candidate gets hired. If the team is terrible and KA is fired Sterk needs to listen to those people. That's what he did on his last really good hoops hire at WSU.
