Charges were dropped. He shouldn't be suspended.

If the determination was there was nothing there, he shouldn't have to sit.
Of course, DGB didn't have charges filed, either. DGB's situation, though, was such that it was clear he did *something* even if he wasn't charged. I don't know the details of the LSU player.
