that you get wrong conclusions.

They have 100% chance of winning.

Mizzou also has 100% chance of winning.

One team will realize their 100% chance, the other will not. There will be no 81% chance victory. Somebody's computer might say that 81% of the runs of the program results in wins for LSU, but that doesn't take into account the intangibles, or other non-quantifiable data.
