Yes, playing the SEC schedule, win or lose, helps our RPI, and of course beating as many of those great teams helps even more. But the selection committee clearly gives some weight to the strength of non conference schedules, and wins against good teams out of conference. We will have very little opportunity there to add to our tournament resume. It's a lost opportunity by Pingeton IMO. And it's even more frustrating because this team can handle a better, upgraded non conference schedule. There really is no downside to it if you have a team that can walk the walk.
