UGA is a consistent 10 win team. Smart isn't taking on a rebuilding project, he's supposed to take them to the next level. If he can coach at all there's enough talent there for them to be good. Implementing completely new coaching ideas is their big question mark.
Mizzou is continuing with a coach from their own coaching tree. Their D is expected to be just as good, but with the exception of a years experience @QB, what else has happened to expect dramatic improvement on O? Asking a question, not making an argument.
