There is nothing wrong with the chart. It is how it is used. He uses it sometimes early in games and if it don't work blames the chart. The chart is very valuable when used correctly. It should rarely be used before the middle of the 4th QTR.

Pinkel doesn't always follow it, but when it fails he is stupid in his reply about using it.
