due to Hurricane Katrina, LSU had no bye week the entire season.

Your point is spot on about Missouri's talent level relative to Boise. All of the intangible's line up for Missouri to have a monster year.
Teams have affective tendancies that seem to manifest themselves. Georgia under Richt has struggled early in the season. I am not sure if it is due to a combination of suspensions or early adjustments getting the team to jell.
I look for Missouri to win this game, but it will be nip and tuck all the way. It will be a classic SEC game.
